Daily Report
DAY 2: Morning pick-up by his Patient Manager, 1st visit with the Rheumatologist Professor, 1st Rehabilitation session, and 1st infusions. The patient was very apprehensive of the rehabilitation session, given his past history with it. However, having a professional 100% aware of CRPS, who deals with patients having this pathology on a daily basis, the session went by very smoothly and the patient managed to relax.
DAY 3: Morning pick-up by his Patient Manager, 2nd infusions. Tourism in Padova.
DAY 4: Rest day in the hotel, in contact with his Patient Manager.
DAY 5: Morning pick-up by his Patient Manager, 2nd Rehabilitation session and 3rd infusions. Tourism in Verona.
DAY 6: Morning pick-up by his Patient Manager, 3rd Rehabilitation session, 4th infusions and 2nd visit with the Rheumatologist Professor.
DAY 7-8: Rest days in the hotel, in contact with his Patient Manager.
DAY 9: Pick-up by his Patient Manager, check-out, and drop-off at the Venice airport for his trip back home.
Follow up
OCTOBER 2022 (5 months after Neridronate treatment): the patient refers to the swelling being completely gone, and discoloration of the lower leg not happening as often as it used to. Pain levels have dropped to 3/10.
FEBRUARY 2023 (9 months after Neridronate treatment): The patient is continuing the exercises advised by the physiotherapist he saw in Italy, his improvements are lasting, and his pain levels are around 2/3 on “bad days” and have reached 0 on most days.
